The Origin of Kaizen Learning Universe

Hi! I’m Kevin McManus, a 20-year US National Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Award Examiner and 40-year workplace warrior. Let me tell you a little more about Kaizen Learning Universe.

My primary goal is to help people move closer to achieving their personal potential each day. I created this site to help ‘real work’ leaders sustain success in the world of work system performance design, diagnosis, and improvement.

The initial courses on this site support my ‘Teach It Yourself’ workbooks. You can purchase print or electronic versions of these books at amazon.com. Also, you can find videos that support the content of these workbooks on the Great Systems YouTube channel.

Here at Kaizen Learning Universe, I provide you with exercises, quizzes, and learning paths that help bring to life textbook improvement concepts. Almost every exercise has been tested in real life work settings. Plus, most have been refined over time falling such practice sessions.
