Pursuing Process Excellence On-Demand Workshop

This one day ‘real life work’ Pursuing Process Excellence on-demand workshop helps any organizational or site leader identify and address those work system design constraints that hold back their pursuit of process excellence. For example, in many organizations, most employees lack the skills to use process improvement tools.

Plus, work team leaders are not responsible to improve the processes they own. Worst of all, we fail to engage a high percentage of our workforce in the pursuit of process excellence. Ironically, such engagement systems are not very costly or hard to use.

How the Course Works

There are ten lessons in this course. Each lesson has between 2 and 6 topics. Each topic has key dialogue questions and a video. To complete a lesson, you must (1) watch the video in its entirety and (2) pass the Lesson test.

Lesson Exercise Packs – Each lesson has a downloadable Exercise Pack. The Exercise Pack contains the key questions and exercises for the Lesson. You only need to download the Exercise Pack once per lesson. Each pack covers all topics in a lesson.

Other Support Downloads – Some lessons include downloadable materials in addition to the exercise Packs. Examples include different surveys and audits to help you assess process excellence readiness. Be sure to check each topic’s Materials tab for these helpful tools.
